Can you check the Network Settings screen on your console and let me know what it says for the NAT? Also, what mode(s) are you trying to play? Thanks!

I’m trying to play world of CHEL but I can’t play at all online I tried every mode. My NAT is type 2.

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

hi I have the same problem can not connect to ea server despite using the xbox 360 for many years with no problems playing ea games now got the xbox1 I can not play any ea games online despite my friends can see me online and at their end its saying I am not connected to ea server despite having xbox game pass unlimited ea access for the year xbox gold says expired on the 14/04/20 not sure why as this is a standing order I never cancelled it so I tried to renew membership for xboxlive it will not a allow me under the xbox live gold cancelled page it also says subscription converted to xbox game pass ultimate does that mean I still have live? so in a nutshell this is what happens 1 connecting to server 2 retrieving the ea terms 3 unable to retrieve ea terms so no live gaming can you help ?

For online games you're going to need an Xbox Live Gold membership. If yours expired in April, that would be why you can't play. The Game Pass subscription is separate.
