Try ejecting the disc and deleting the application from your console.  Then re-insert the disc and have it install again.  Then try booting.

If it still happens after that, your console's hard drive might be too full.  So try deleting old applications, captures, or save data that you no longer need to free up space.

That's ok.  If you redeemed a code, that means you always have the entitlement of the game on your account.  If you uninstall the game, you can re-download it from your account.  As I mentioned before - try deleting old applications, games, captures, save data.  Then reinstall NHL 19.

Just had a thought.  If you're trying to boot the game from an external hard drive, that might also cause the issue.  When you reinstall the game, install it on the console's hard drive.

Can't do it. I go in the section to reinstall it but it goes on XboxStore and the system aks to pay the game. Did not recognize the code again. Don't understand because I unsinstall an other EA Game and I was able to reinstall it without passing by the store,

If you redeemed a code for NHL 19 then it should be attached to your account forever and you can re-download it whenever you want.  Hopefully this helps. 

Nothing works except buying a new copy... Not fun at all.

So I bought the game hoping not losing my player and progression.

I'm having the same issue too.... turns out all game codes used were changed to INGAME UNLOCK codes and no longer are for the full game. with customer support right now
