Can you let us know what platform you play on (PS4/PS5 (let us know if you play the Gen 4 version on PS5), PSN ID, game mode you're experiencing this in, and what happens just prior to the error code?
Have you tried the PlayStation solution to see if that helped resolve it?
I play on ps4 and I just got the game and every time I try to play an offline game mode the game crashes with that error message I can play any other game I have just fine this one crashes after it tries loading up a play now or franchise mode game as well as being super buggy and doing some weird leggy thing can you guys please fix this im feeling like it wasnt worth the 60$ I spent 2 days ago on it. My psn ID is blackd3ath1198 and the playstation solutions havent helped I probably will have to delete the game and re install it but the same thing will probably happen eventually.

Did you happen to change the music for your game?A player mentioned they did that and now is no longer experiencing crashes.
@EA_Blueberry I did not idk what happened but it ended up giving me the blue light of death and I had to rebuild my database and re install and it works now but it worked for 2 days before it would crash before so it could have just been a bad download or something
