Error trying to edit HUT team lineup

Product: NHL 22
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? See compose
What happens when the bug occurs? Kick out of hut
What do you expect to see? Saved lineup
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Hut
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 9:45pm
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? Bigdogz

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try making any edits to an existing lineup in HUT. The changes can be either trying to swap new player into the lineup or even just trying to switch existing players into different position within existing lineup.
What happens when the bug occurs? After making the change and hitting save button, an ERROR message “Failed to retrieve data; please try again later.” Error code: E71DB306C216FFE4-0000000000009999-03B4F0814E7AD965 After hitting OK, the game takes me back to main menu
What do you expect to see? I expect lineup to save.

    This was identified last night and the Community Manager tweeted out about it here.

    Spent a half hour in chat with tech support to find nothing fixed it, and the tech said I needed to report the bug so the proper team would be made 'aware' of it. The timed challenge clocks are still ticking, and I can't change my lineup. Ridiculous. I have tried rebooting system, rebooting network, same error code.

    Same, tried power resetting PS5, deleted data file on PS5, nothing worked.  Got new players from packs but can't use them at all.  So frustrating.
