Ypur right, 45 isnt that bad.. but why am I playing on 45 when I was playing on 18 before the update to chel? 

Btw I try to use the alternate dns settings as I stated... the 45 I have now is on google dns. But it's still terrible from what I'm use to lol

    I merged your post with this thread. Take a look through it. I believe there are others here with the same situation. So far, it's seeming like an issue with the ISP. Are you in the same location as others in this thread?
