"Fair" ping in the last 2-3 days...

I play EASHL exclusively on a fairly competitive team, that plays quite often and over the past 2-3 days everyone from our club has had fair connection. (we all live in the same town).  We normally play with a ping of 25-30 and sometimes 30-35 but the last 3 days it hasn't been lower than 60.   Were from north eastern Ontario...   is anyone else having these issues or know any reason this would be happening?    Thanks in advance!

    @Kaye980 

    Are they on a different ISP? It also could be related to their equipment.

    Yes they are on a different ISP....   

    here is the UO trace from a PC laptop.   tis may not matter anymore but take a look if you dont mind    thanks

    @haupert369 

    I merged your post with this thread. Take a look through it. I believe there are others here with the same situation. So far, it's seeming like an issue with the ISP. Are you in the same location as others in this thread?

    I'm not seeing any issues with that test. So, it's making me think this is a problem with the ISP.
