Hi thanks for that note, but that the 1st thing I’ve done to try and fix the issue of it freezing.
this action did not change anything, the issues are still happening. Did you read the list of the other issues I mentioned in this ticket ?
i await for a solution from you end.
- 4 years ago@Jonnnyboy11 Yeah there are lots of issues with the offline game modes right now.. power cycling the console isn’t going to do anything lmao.. the problems lie in the code of the game.. lots of issues that still aren’t fixed.. hope this thread gets the attention of Blueberry.. they usually are better at relaying information to the development team..

Check your console settings to see if you can force and Xbox update if available.
You may have a corrupt save that is causing your issues.
Below, choose the option to delete local and cloud but be aware you may lose game progress (HUT will be unaffected).
For Xbox there is an option to delete the saved game data. Here's how:- On Home, select My games & apps.
- Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.
- Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete.
- Delete it.
