Game freezing / crashing

Yeah I know, right? They tell us to jump through all these hoops and install and reinstall and unplug everything yet they come out with a patch months later, if that. Meanwhile we do all the troubleshooting steps for an unplayable game and yet all our other games work flawlessly. It's a sad day when Cyberpunk works much better on the ps5 than an NHL game by EA. I wish I could return this garbage game but I doubt Sony or EA will refund me my 60 bucks for a non working game. Tired of this. Tired of paying out the nose for ganes that are broken out of the gate. What is this, January 2022 and this game is STILL not fixed??? They are waiting to fix everything for NHL 23, I guarantee you. They won't fix anything in this game. They made their millions. They don't care about us.

@EA_BlueberryDo the crashes that are ongoing in the 6s drop-ins relate to this issue? Upon game loading in from the lobby, first frames of rink with players, the game often freezes, more than 50% and often at this time of day. Around 12 am EST. Later it's less. This information isn't getting through to the community at large, besides the few that bother coming here. Can you please make sure to post a link to this on the NHL22 main Twitter account? Many just give up and don't look for answers. This would help the community IMO, beside show that the issue might not be on EA only and that individuals need to cooperate. Thank you.
