Game trial not allowing me to purchase full game(PS5)

So I got the 10-hour game trial through EA Play and once the trial was over I planned on buying the deluxe edition. However I’m getting this error code, and have contacted both ea support and PlaySta...

Can you both try going to NHL 25 in the PSN store in a web browser and see if you can purchase it there? Make sure you're logged into the PSN ID you intend to be playing with.

Says unavailable on the app and web browser due to  "you can't buy this product for the following reasons: you already own the following products, which conflict with the product you're trying to buy. NHL 25 EA play Trial". Have tried restoring licenses, have uninstalled the game, PlayStation has revoked original license. Nothing works!
