Game trial not allowing me to purchase full game(PS5)

Can you both please send me the PSN IDs of the accounts that are trying to make the purchase? I'll pass these on with this report so we can look into it.

    I’ve been having the exact same problem . Bought the standard early edition , realized you don’t get early access unless you buy the Dekuxe version . Got refunded for the standard , purchased the deluxe and said you aL ready  own another edition. Went through 3-4 PS techs and did everything they asked. Even a factory reset . Still no luck. Now I’ve been also in emails with the EA  tech support and no luck yet . Hope this gets figured out quick .
