Hello again!
I've posted here earlier when I lost Tarasenko after simulation. Now 3 out of 4 players in our GM connected have lost at least one player. This seems to be a very common problem. So we get these players back when next season starts, but is this really a necessary feature in the game? I don't think there's any need to delete a player from the season if your salaries are over the limit as long as vanished player's salary still counts in your salarycap. It won't make any extra salarycap.
If its programmed this way and is supposed to be like that -fine. Maybe you should ask your customers wether they like this feature or not? c'mon, get real and fix this!

- Anonymous12 years agoDear EA,
while seeing some attempts to explain why this is happening I do not see an acknowledgement that this in fact is an error and that you plan to fix it.
Will you? When?
Thank you. - Anonymous12 years ago
EA,
This is extremely aggravating, and appears to be a common problem. It has happened twice to me in different leagues under different circumstances. I would make a trade and ensure that I had enough cap space by sending guys down to the minors etc. In one instance when the next session started I was missing Nugent-Hopkins, and he is not on any roster nor is he injured. Poof. gone, not sure why.
The worst part is that I spent the precious little free time I had in trying to build my team, only to have it undone by what seems to be a glitch.
GM connected is one of the leading reasons my friends and I bought NHL 14, and if this problem cannot be addressed in a satisfactory fashion, I will be hard pressed to purchase another product of yours. ever.

Should this not be the case, you can assist us in investigating this further by posting the following:
- Xbox360
- Brotherhood8
- Beer League
- 15 minutes before this post
- Philly Traded Douglas Murray and Tomas Fleischmann plus picks for DET's Viktor Hedman, David Perron and M. Clark. All the trade went through except Perron is Now missing from the league.

1. Xbox
2. Zullinster
3. Varjojen Liiga X
4. Finland time 01:50 am
5. From colorado Rick Nash, 3 First round picks (-14,-15-16) and 2014 2nd for Alexander Ovechkin (Winnipeg). As a result of the trade Colorado's salary would've gone about 900k minus, so we guessed that the computer altered rosters from colorado during the simulation, and somehow Steven Stamkos from colorado disappeared. Nash went to winnipeg and ovie to colorado, but Stamkos just vanished from the league.
Edit: now showing in trade block's search feature as a free agent, but doesn't show in the free agency. So he can't be offered a contract, but his salary is counting against the salary cap + ofc the team lost a number one center. I guess there is nothing to do except simulate 'til next free agency begins and then offer a contract..? - Anonymous12 years ago
bump
fix this or even give a statement that you plan to fix it but arent really going to do anything
- Anonymous12 years ago
- xbox
- gankmobile
- VHA
- Today.
- Traded m. stuart (83) ovr - retained max salary + winnik (80) ovr - retained max salary -> coyle (79 ovr) + some random ahl scrub.
The AHL scrub ended up on my roster. while coyle disappeared.
This is absolutely ridiculous and gamebreaking. I am furious.
