HUT Players Disappear When Sent To Trade Pile or Collection

A couple of days ago I sent my HUT Live Joe Pavelski to my trade pile. When I went to the pile he was not there. I checked to see if he was in my watch list, collection, or if I quick sold him by acc...

I send my zetterberg and Hall, couture, marleau, krejci to the trade pile then when i press in the trade pile my ps3 froze and ehen i logged in and go to

my trade pile my players was not there so i downloaded NHL app on appstore then i logged in and loooked in my trade pile and they was there but i cant

get them to market becuse when i do that it stod You do not have permission to perform this action.

Please EA can i get help whit this is like 300k we are talking about here :O.
