HUT Players Disappear When Sent To Trade Pile or Collection

A couple of days ago I sent my HUT Live Joe Pavelski to my trade pile. When I went to the pile he was not there. I checked to see if he was in my watch list, collection, or if I quick sold him by accident. He was just gone. I decided to let that slide but today it happened again but on a bigger scale. I put my regular Kopitar up for 30k and I got a trade offer when the card had 30 secs left. A person sent me an offer of Krejci, Eric Staal, and Spezza and 1k pucks for my Kopitar. I accepted it. Then I sent all of the cards to my collection. I went to my collection and none of the cards were there. I have checked all of the places the cards could be and they are nowhere. So I have now lost HUT Live Pavelski, Krejci, E. Staal, and Spezza. Not to mention that my Kopitar was basically given away for nothing. It is not fair that this has happened to me now twice. If you guys could do anything to help me out that would be great. Thanks.

    That's a big player to be missing !
    Really weird how this happens. Where are you EA ? They still havnt gotten back to me, it's been 3 months now. The season will finish and I won't have the players or the pucks. I know that I won't get what I bought them for as the prices have all dropped by almost half. Sucks

    Aaaaaaaaaaaaaabsolute success for me

    Ea just emailed me to confirm my players were stuck in my the system

    apologised alot

    and gave me 500 000 pucks !!! Incredible

    It did take 3 months but i"ll take it as a win !

  • Lucky dude I'm hoping for my players back though why did it take so long they said it got escalated and to wait 5'6 days

    The players are still stuck in my system as I can see them in the App and they do take up 4 spots in My trade pile but that's really a minor issue for now
    Good luck to the rest of you having the problem solved. Please post your results if it does gt fixed so we all know and we also know that EA are trying to help and ain't all that bad

    It's only fair we post positive stuff about them after all the negative we post
  • Yeah it's four taking up my spots as well, I'll stop complaining when they do something to resolve this the Tj Oshie card is worth 500k+ Phil Kessel 70k + Matt Duchene I paid 60K for him he's now only 40k Not the point.

    I have lost this way 92hut live tavares ja datsuyk, ea hasn't refund me at all. I have lost almost 1,5million pucks and i have reported the first lost player over 3 months ago. Thanks for nothing ea.
