I love NHL 22 but There are serious issues with the Game

So I am having serious issues in the online vs mode. Often (like every 3 or 4 games) it starts getting this weird lag (usually starting in the 2nd or 3nd period) at face off. It lags, then fast forwards, not registering my inputs, for some times up to 5 or 6 seconds until play becomes normal. It is unplayable in this moment. I have been scored on in a close game and I literally can do nothing with this. It is so aggravating that I am seriously considering not playing online and only playing single player.

I am not sure it is an issue with my connection, as almost all the time it is showing my ping in the green when I pause it and check the network connection. I have even opened the ports on my router to my PS4. And I am using an Ethernet cable.

Having said that, I am willing to do anything to attempt to improve my connection. I tried looking online for information and it was hard to find anything conclusive. What ports do I need to open? Anything else I should do? Is there a phone number or way to contact anyone to help me walk through these issues?

I would really appreciate any assistance, and hope that an EA representative will contact me regarding resolving this issue.

I'd also like you guys to consider looking into this issue as I suspect that it isn't related to connection. It is super aggravating.

    @EA_Aljo Pan manažér,už si trápny s tými tvojimi otázkami,veľmi dobre vieš o čo tu ide! Nechápeš to rozhorčenie hráčov,keď nemajú radosť z hry,ktorú si zaplatili? Veľká hamba vám!!!

    @KingPyrrhus981 Su to úbožiaci,naše problémy ich nezaujímajú. Zaplatíš za hru,zaplatíš za to,aby si mohol hrať cez sieť ale kvalitné hrať nemôžeš. Už tu v histórii bol jeden prípad,že hráči nespokojný z hrou,podali žalobu na výrobcu a výrobca vraj skončil zle. Takto by sa nemal chovať Team,ako je ea sports.

    I’m having trouble on HUT. I have played NHL for a long time. I always get frustrated because I feel like every game I play has a different story of lag, regardless of the ping. I play competitively and everything in this game is timing related to be successful. With the slight delay/lag, it makes the game very challenging to play.

    I would recommend fixing this issue. I know several people that I play with having the same trouble. Makes the game feel like a joke.

    @Bullballer I agree with you, it's simply not possible, you don't launch an attack and I'm not talking about defense when it can't keep up
