Input lag

    This is currently being looked into. Some additional details will help with the investigation. Please submit the following:

    • Console you play on 
    • Gamertag or PSN ID
    • Connection type (wireless or wired)
    • Region
    • Name of ISP
    • Mode(s) the lag is occurring in

If you'd like to pursue a refund, you'll need to contact the retailer NHL 22 was purchased from to see if that's possible. As far as your connection issues go, alternate DNS settings may help. From the Xbox One screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

    @EA_Aljomight be slightly better.
    not enough to warrant calling this a decent game tho.
    id like to say thank you for doing some digging for me tho.
    i appreciate it.

    even during fights in game.
    upper cuts register as over hands and the scattered upper cut.

    when you get a pass and try to turn to your right the player turns to the left instead.

    little things that make a huge difference in the flow and possession during the game.

      Can you get me some video of this? Make sure when you go into the replay, you hit Y to remove the playback controls. We need to see the controller overlay. Also, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:

      Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
      Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
      Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

        i have tons of footage of little glitches and bugs throughout the game.
        this webpage wont let me upload anything.
        when i can upload something the file size is condensed so much you can count the pixels.
