Jumbo Premium gold pack issue not having any rare cards

I purchased theJumbo Premium gold pack that mentioned that I would get 26 gold cards and all rare. This was not true. I was suppose to get per the description all 26 rare cards and it was not he cas...

You need to open a case with an advisor. Go to help.ea.com, log in and choose NHL 15 as the game. Then scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Contact Us button.

Done already but got nowhere.

they've mentioned that other have similar complaints.

All I want is sometime of compensation or a pack that would make up for what I paid for.($20).

its definitely a problem with EA since the description clearly states that you get 26 rare cards. False advertising,

Hope someone can sort this out for me.
