Kids cannot login to online play or link PSN account

Hi, On a PS4 as a Family Manager I can play NHL19 online -everything seems OK. However my son can't. I logout from my account and into his, then start the NHL19. In the upper right it shows his EA s...

Hi there, @SniperDad1973 

Is the account flagged as a child account? If so, he wouldn't be able to play any online modes. If he has a PSN ID, he should still be able to log in and play offline. You can try moving his PSN ID to a different EA account, but that will cause all progress on all EA games to be lost.
