Missing players

Why, in nhl 20, are there some players who were on the original rosters like Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen for the Sabres now missing in the game?

Hi,

The game updated itself a month ago but I'm not sure whether is this the same that you mentioned. How can we do this?

What you need to do is go to the Rosters screen. There you will see an option to download the current roster and make it active. Give it a shot and let me know how it goes. Thanks!
