My Account was banned for myplayer name. Then was banned AGAIN months later

My Account was banned for my myplayer name for NHL 20. I didn’t think it was a bad name but i took the ban on the chin and changed the name. Fast forward MONTHS later and my account was banned again ...

    @fusaro73 You would need to persevere with support over the ticket system. Either that or post this on the NHL 20 forums (this is the Battlefield one) and see if any other players can advise you.

      I disputed multiple times and they just keep saying “no we’re right your characters name is XYZ”. 

      It isn’t my characters name. It hasn’t been its name in months since I was originally banned and immediately changed the name. 

      Am I going to continue to randomly get banned for an already resolved issue every couple months? I haven’t been able to play online for 3 days because of wrongfully being suspended and no one has actual answers it’s insane.

        @fusaro73 

        Once the suspension expires, you shouldn't be getting banned again unless your name is still something that violates the Terms of Service. The only way to potentially get the ban overturned is to dispute it has you have been.
