Network Connection Issue

Hey Team,

I am growing BEYOND frustrated as I have been given the runaround be EA Support and PlayStation Support. I have not been able to access any EA game online features for months now. I have created several cases with EA support, but until tonight they did not direct me to this forum, just the same basic/advanced troubleshooting steps. Attached is a picture of the error. I have attempted ALL troubleshooting efforts as I mentioned and I have attempted to create a new PSN ID, a new EA ID, everything. Nothing has worked and I am basically out $140 since I cannot use Madden 22 online or NHL 22 online. Therefore, no more updated rosters. It was working when the games were first purchased but all of a sudden I received this error when attempting to log in to NHL 22. Madden will not move past the load screen. These are downloaded to my PS5. PLEASE advise. Thank you in advance!! I am trying to be patient but I am growing increasingly frustrated with being sent back and forth between support teams. Again, I have zero issue playing non-EA games online, which is why I believe it is something goofy going on with my account. Thanks in advance guys. Appreciate any feedback.

    Try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23. Press the Guide button and then highlight the NHL 23 tile. Then, hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

  • I tried that and it did not work either. This is one of the most strangest and frustrating issue I ever had involving a video game. Every troubleshoot I have done hasn't wokred and there is not an  explanation as to why my NHL and Madden won't work.
