NHL 14 EASHL "Leaving Club Problems"

I called EA today and they are not working on a resolution. The tech said that the issue is on my side and the only way to resolve the issue, is to delete my profile and Nhl saves off my storage unit, then reboot the game and that would remove me from the club. He also said that would clear my cards, stats, etc. This was false. It didn't work, I'm calling tomorrow and telling EA if they don't delete the team from their end, I will be asking for a full refund of not only the game, but the boosts which I purchased as well.
