NHL 14 Pre Order bonus code problems

So I just picked up my pre-order and entered my codes and got my first gold pack.  If I get one a week for 24 weeks does that mean I have to log in each week to get the new pack or would there be three waiting for redemption if I don't play for three weeks and then go back in?  I figure you have to log on once a week to get each pack and if so, my 2nd question is what constitutes a "week"?  Since I picked up the first one on the release Tuesday does that mean another will be available next Tuesday or are they available on a calendar week basis, i.e. each Monday thru the following Sunday?  Basically any details regarding how I get the next 23 packs would be great since none are available anywhere that I could find.   Thanks!

I'm trying to find the page where I read it, but when I pre-ordered NHL 14 from ebgames they had the information about it on their website. It said that you would have to go in and claim your gold pack every week. I believe it is Tuesdays that they are added and you have until the next Tuesday to claim it. I'll try and find the information to link to this page but I hope this answer helps.

Assuming its the same as last year you'll get the packs each week on the same day you put the code in. I did mine on the first thursday and got my packs each thursday. 

Where to you redeem the code for the 24 packs though? I have a 360 but both of my HUT codes are only 16 digits long. Is there a different place to enter them other than the system code redemption area?

You put them in the NHL menu, under customize there is an option for "Offer Code Entry". The packs should appear in the HUT store each week. 

i tried to redeem my 24 packs code in the offer code entry and it says sorry try again. ive put it in like 10 times.. PLEASE HELP

I redeemed the code in "Offer Code" place and it worked, but when i go to my HUT the first free pack its not there? i looked from "My Packs" but still no? i restarted my console and still no. And if i try to enter the code again, it says that i already used it.. what to do? pls help me ☹️ and sry my english, its not perfect!

I'm having the exact problem.  I've also tried to re-download the unlock keys (from xbox.com) and have rebooted my console a few times as well.  Still nothing in HUT, still can't re-enter my codes (says they've already been used).

Maybe your problem is also connected to the current XBOX problem.

It's possible but mine haven't worked since Monday night when I put the codes in for Midnight launch.  Hopefully we'll see when the problems resolved.
