hey I bought nhl15 for the Xbox one, and every time I try to go online in any game type it will say: "failed to retrieve data; please try again later."
why can I not access the online features? my internet connection is good (it works fine with other games), my origin account is verified, I don't understand why this wont work.

Hey buddy...did anyone get back to you about this? NHL15 is the only reason I bought the gold live 2 days ago. I haven't been able to use it. I've sat and troubleshooted with 2 different xbox techs, reinstalled the game and still the same issue. I'm pretty mad. After all that, they told me to contact the EA sports developers....seriously?? Let me know if you got any help. thanks!

yeah nhl 15 is not loading online anything it has the same failure to retrieve gabage as these people thats like half of the game paid for and not useable. yet u still sell it broken. no posted solution only un satisfied customers. thx EA always so helpful.

I tired those steps. I will list what I did to make helping me easier.
Restart system
Forward ports
DMZ
Uninstall game
Delete profile
Delete update to game
I am at a loss and now it is to late to take the game back and get a refund for it. So EA needs to fix this I do not make money to spend on broken games. You know if it was just me then I might think it was my system but many people are have this same problem so it is not me it is EA. Fix this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
