NHL 17 - Unable to play EA Access trial

It  looks like the majority of people experiencing issues  (not being able to play the game they purchased) are users that had EA Access long before the purchase of NHL 17. So, basically, if you have been a loyal customer then you can pound sand; but if you bought the game which included a FREE code, you good sir can go to the front of the line.

What is EA going to do for the customers that have been long time EA Access subscribers and in turn are unable to enjoy the application?

I want to have empathy for the obvious oversight in release programming but the amount of money this community spends on your games, add on's, packs, etc. warrants the expectation of perfection. This is completely unacceptable, and you really don't seem to care.

In closing; Bobby Orr is the Goat, figure out a way to say "Sorry" to longtime users, and then take a breathe and feel that feeling of actually giving a damn.

@nate0673 @BLACKNGOLDORR @IVILG0R4NG3 @Zekey902 @bokeefe17 - Can you try the below workaround and let us know whether you're able to get in and play:

    - Sign into your account on www.xbox.com

    - Go to the NHL 17 game in the marketplace.

    - Press 'Try for Free'

    - Accept the charge of $0.00

    - Game should then be able to be download to the Xbox One Console.

If you're still having issues after the above workaround please let us know your gamertag so we can look into this further.

    Thanks,

    - Andy -
