NHL 17 - Unable to play EA Access trial

I as well have preordered it and cannot access it. I also did not recieve my free 1 month code for the preorder. Can we fix this please?

They continue to recommend "hard resetting" the XBOX (holding down the console button until the light on the power brick is yellow, or simply unplugging, waiting a minute and booting back up)

This doesn't work, at least not for anyone of the hundreds complaining ALL over Twitter. They do seem to be making progress though,  in EA Access the NHL17 "tile" now shows "trial" for me. After selecting to "try"  a prompt states the same error message regarding having to wait etc...

I really hope someone from EA can respond to this with concrete answers and not more of these diversion techniques; ie; hard restart, reset router, uninstall and install again, uninstall and then access through EA Access, etc, etc, etc...

On the other hand EA has never been customer friendly, it is a forced monopoly after all, so I really don't expect anyone from the EA Camp to respond. I'm actually surprised this post wasn't deleted. 

TO EA: WHAT IS GOING ON?  WHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY DOING TO FIX THIS?  WHAT WILL BE THE RESTITUTION FOR ALL OF THE USERS THAT PAID FOR A SERVICE THEY ARE UNABLE TO USE?

Imagine going to a car wash, paying, getting to the opening of the wash and having the gentlemen tell you that they don't have the ability to wash red cars ALSO you can't have a refund, but you can use the coupon when they start to wash red cars which could be a year from now, it could be in ten minutes....

Just to confirm, you all have an active EA Access subscription but aren't able to play NHL 17? And just to confirm one other thing - you've all pre-ordered the game?

Are you able to download the game? What happens when you try to play? If you have screenshots that would be great.

Yes, ive pre-ordered ultimate edition. When i select "try now" from ea access, it takes me to my game hub. When i hit "play", it say s"you are too early. We know you would like to get started, but you will have to wait a bit longer. Check the store for the launch date"

Quite frankly im really surprised that 8 hours later this still isnt addressed. I paid $117 in a preorder and $5 for ea access (i still havent got my free 1 month ea access code for preorder) and im left holding an empty bag. And yes, my EA access account says my subscription is active. And after a 20 min conversation with microsoft, and flushinf my console and renewing my license, they told me id have to contact EA. And when i did, after 15 minutes with them, they told me microsoft owns and runs EA access and id have to talk to them....

same thing for me.... I contacted them and they had me do a bunch of stuff. basically restarting my xbox a lot removing my gamertag etc. nothing worked. this is ridiculous I spend over $100 on a pre-order and have had ea access for a while and I go to play and I get this. while everyone else can play who may not have even pre ordered?! how is this fair at all...
