NHL 18 connecting online never has everything else does

Only game that won't connect since I got it.  I followed troubleshooting with xbox/microsoft all network connections are good.  Is there something special to connect hockey because it's the only game that won't connect and it's really annoying.

Differences from every game and NHL 18 and why it's the only one that hasn't connected online even once. 

I want NHL 18 to connect there has to be a simple solution 4 days no connections tried used copy and digital new copy.  Just want to play hockey  online.

What troubleshooting steps have you performed so far?

Thanks for responding I followed so many its hard to remember xbox said it's the developer and ea had me follow many still didn't work. I'm trying installing from ea access maybe it wasn't connected to ea somehow.  Fingers crossed

Ok. We'll start over then. First, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Nope stil l just nhl not connecting madden and nba connect just fine but I bought the system mainly to play my best friend in hockey online while quarantining in Detroit area

I'd like you to take a look at the network settings screen on your Xbox. Please tell me what it says for the NAT and IPv.
