I've contacted two advisors and they both can't help and told me to post on a forum. Can you please link me to someone higher up who can acuallty help

I recently contacted an advisor about this problem too and they just told me to post it on this forum. But how do I get my packs?

I talked to someone they said that it takes awhile for the rewards to get sent out to everybody but if you don’t get them to contact them tomorrow.
