I have not received my hut rewards for the gifts of giving lights event and would like help to figure this out Thanks

I've contacted two advisors and they both can't help and told me to post on a forum. Can you please link me to someone higher up who can acuallty help

I recently contacted an advisor about this problem too and they just told me to post it on this forum. But how do I get my packs?

I talked to someone they said that it takes awhile for the rewards to get sent out to everybody but if you don’t get them to contact them tomorrow.
