NHL 21 Freezes and closes out in Season Mode

Product: NHL 21
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play in Season Mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Game will error and close out.
What do you expect to see? Team ratings and players in the Edit Lines screen.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Season Mode
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 12:15 AM
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? [edit: email address removed]
PS4 Crash Reporting: Please copy the text you put in the crash report here. Game freezes and closes out in Season Mode. Team Ratings show all zeroes.
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region.

In Season mode, I tried to play the October 6 game between the New York Rangers and Buffalo Sabres. The screen showing to select sides showed the Sabres ratings as all zeroes. Game froze and shut down. Got back in, went to Edit Lines and showed all 12 Forwards, 6 Defense and both Goalies as unfilled. Is this programming error or a bigger problem. Sent multiple Tweets to the EAHelp page on Twitter but have not yet received a response. NHL 20 did this as well.

    It just says app error or is there also a number that begins with CE?

    Thanks. Let's see if restoring the licenses will help. Those instructions are here. Also, try rebuilding the database with these steps.

    Hello, well it happened again. This time I took a picture of it and attached it. There was an error number in the corner CE-108255-1.

    I have posted multiple times about same problem in Season mode for NHL 20 & NHL 21. When playing season, if you have full roster control and make any call-ups or trades you receive constant error and cannot play the season any further.  I have started 10 seasons on both modes only to get to a point where it locks up because I called someone up from my farm team. It is bloody well time to fix the problem or it is time for someone else to produce a better hockey video game that does not take two years to fix a problem!!

    First it is a PS4 system. Second it did the same glitch on NHL20. I have had ten seasons wrecked on the NHL20 & NHL21 game with from 5-50 games played. I have full control of rosters as I like to keep them current, but if I make any moves with rosters it automatically gives me an error when I try to play. It is very frustrating and has NOT been corrected though I posted about when it happened with NHL 20. Please give a solution that will work as I have unloaded and reloaded the game and my saves more time then I can count with no fixes.
