NHL 21: NHL Points not showing after pruchase....
I just purchased a 12k pack, been 20 mins and still not showing up on my account.
I went back into the game and bought a 500 points pack and it went through np. I really hope I am not out 128.55 that was charged to my paypal account.
this is most upsetting please help.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: purchase NHL points while in game and have EA ACESS: Paid via paypal
What happens when the bug occurs?: No points are awarded despite being charged.
What do you expect to see?: Points that I have paid for in my account

First off, don't worry about not getting the points. We'll absolutely make sure you get what you paid for.
Sometimes point purchases don't go through when purchased through the Xbox and PlayStation store. Can you double-check your PlayStation account payment history to verify whether the point purchase shows up as completed or pending? If the purchase isn't there at all and you were still charged for it, I recommend contacting PlayStation Support so they can review what happened on your account.
If the points are showing up completed there and you still don't see them in game after power cycling your PS5, contact our Support team with a proof of purchase and we'll get you squared away.EA Help on Twitter
