Hey I have a problème! I pre order the seconde bigest édition of NHL21 and I can’t play the game now ... Can you help me ?

    Can you give me some more details on what the issue is? How are you unable to play?

      @EA_Aljo I did not receive my HUT Synergy Veteran Choice Pack, HUT Cover Athlete Choice Pack and Up to 5 HUT Diamond Player Choice Packs after pre-ordering NHL 21 Deluxe Edition. I also deleted and re-installed the game but my inbox in HUT is still empty, how to solve that issue?

        Since we don't have any visibility into your orders, we can't confirm what was supposed to be received. This is why we keep referring everyone back to the retailer they purchased the game from.
