I payed money to get extra packs and they are just not there and I have restarted twice

- 5 years agoSpoilerI pre ordered the OV edition as well, and when I go to open my loyalty packs and free extra choice packs, they’re all blank, when I click on them to open, it goes to the next screen and then just freezes. Have to close the game and restart it, I’ve done this 6-10 times. Same with all the packs you can buy in the store, packs are all blank.

I pre ordered the special edition, payed extra for more packs and early release, and all my packs are blank with no image, then when I try to open them the game freezes, have to restart, tried this 10 times, same result.
Same with all the store packs you can buy, blank no image. Waste of money.

For that particular issue, try the following steps:
Delete anything NHL 21 related off your console.
Go to your consoles online store through a web browser and initiate the download.
Make sure the game and the update are both 100% installed. Do not enter the game while they are still installing.
Power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
Try playing again and let me know if it's working or not. Thanks!

I contacted Sony multiple times each time they say to contact EA. Guess it's easier to pass the buck on this one because it's a major screw up, hey? I think you owe us apology packs because when people pay over a hundred dollars they expect to get what was advertised.

Did that yesterday and they said to contact the publisher as they couldn't do anything. I still don't have my Great Eight pre order packs
