I understand, but there's nothing we can do about this. If it's addressed by us, we'll make an announcement. For now, the retailer you purchased the game from will need to assist.

    @EA_Aljo Do you think when the game fully comes out tomorrow the deluxe edition buyers will get there packs

      It's possible, but they should have been received by now. You're welcome to wait or contact the retailer the game was purchased from for assistance.

        @EA_Aljo We have done this and they say come to you why can’t u good just fix this and give us literally three packs, which are synergy choice pack, cover athlete of pack, and diamond choice pack, and now your game is down and nothing never loads like cmon it’s annoying for some players that don’t get anything and they paid extra for
