NHL 22 Crashing on Terms and Conditions

I literally bought this game 2 hours ago. I can even get to the loading screen because it crashes when I agree to the terms and conditions.  I see other people having the same issue. I’m on Xbo...

    I did that and it didn’t work. 

    I did a hard restart and it did start working however.

Try going to profile.ea.com. Do you see your gamertag here? If you do, you're on the right account. If not, you're most likely logging in to the wrong account.

@EA_Aljo i don't have any other EA account than the one i'm logging in. Im member since 2015.

    Ok i finally got it, thanks lol. I just restart the game for the 500 times and it work this time lol
