I am running into the consistent unexpected errors while playing EASHL. I’ve never had this happen on NHL games before and it does not happen on any other games . My internet tests fine and isn’t cutting out or lagging . Over the past 3 days I’ve been booted out of 75% of my games .
Can I please get some help with this ?? It’s happening every game . I am never able to get a full game in please help . I have tried all the suggested information above . I truly believe I just have a bad copy of the game . This never happens in any other game nor has it happened in any EA games before .

Do you have the console set up where it automatically shuts down the console every so many hours?
You don't have your power cable plugged into a surge protector, right? Can you confirm with me you've tried all the steps above.- 4 years ago
I’ve tried the steps above , I’ve just plugged my device straight into a wall now and it is no longer in a power bar. I’m hoping that was the cause … I also shut my ps5 down after use .

I’ve attached the error screen I’m receiving. This is also occurring in PIN lobbies . Ps5 is directly in a wall , I’ve tried everything on the suggested list at this point

You mentioned not having anything plugged into the USB ports. What about controllers and headsets?
Surely those should not cause issues?

Is your system software up to date?https://www.playstation.com/en-us/support/hardware/update-playstation-system-software-safe-mode/

Those SHOULD be fine. I've see weird things happen with random devices like guitar hero dongles and even my cell phone charger causing menus to move slower when I was trying to charge my phone. There are some controller charging dock stations that have caused issues before too. If it's just the wire that came with the console to plug into it that is okay. For a headset, you could always try removing it just to see if you avoid crashes, this way we can completely rule out a compatibility issue.

This is not a bad copy of the game. It’s every copy lol. Unfortunately this game is broken. I sure hope they can fix this cause I’m getting tired of having to quit games from it freezing so often amongst the other bugs that exist in the game. If you’re gonna charge people this kind of money for a game, it should be one that works. I went to play a one on one game with my buddy the other day in person and it took us 3 tries to get a complete game in. If they don’t fix this soon I’ll be asking for a refund lol

Thank you for letting us know. Can you let me know if it's still crashing on you after deleting the saved data?Steps on how to do that are here.
- Go to Settings > Saved Data and Game/App Settings.
- Select Saved Data (PS5) or Saved Data (PS4).
Select Console Storage > Delete. Tick the box next to the files you want to delete and select Delete.
