NHL 22 Crashing
NHL 22 freezes then crashes Xbox Series X. Have tried all troubleshooting steps. Anyone have a fix? I seem to be the only one experiencing this issue.

@EA_Blueberry No surge protector and currently set on Energy Savings mode. No automatic shutdown enabled.
All other recommendations tried. I've been an Xbox user since the original one came out 20 years ago... I'm pretty familiar with all the tests to perform and the best conditions to operate in.
When is this software patch coming out for Xbox? Is this supposed to deal with my XSX crashing or just other issues?

If you're getting unexpected errors now can you continue the conversation in this post below. When you reply, include the console you play on, sum up all the steps you've tried here (linking this post is fine), and describe what you're doing in game before it results in an unexpected error.

Have you reached out to Xbox Support to see if they are aware of any fixes related to the console shutting down?
This is their Support article related to it below. A player reached out to us on the Madden forums raising this issue and after sending in their console for repair they haven't had the issue since. This is not to say it's the console itself, but it might be wise to reach out to them just to see if there are any hardware solutions so both sides are covered.

Thanks for your effort I’m at the point now where I’m ready to just never buy this game again . I got dropped from my league team in EASHL because of these errors. I was told I lm too much of a liability as these errors are causing the team to have to take penalties. I’m not sure how I can spend 100$ on a game and have these issues but don’t have any on any other games …
I'm happy to report on that I have not had any crashes since Tuesday. Perhaps I had not yet installed the patch.
Will update if need be but for now things seem good.
