I had him try to get a recording but there was an NHL 22 update the same day. Since the update, issue has seem to be fixed. He has no problems since and has played 5 rival games so far. Fingers crossed
He is on a PS5 And a wireless connection. I picked up a cable today and will hook it up when I get home.
Community ManagerUsing a wire may help. Can you check the router settings and make sure UPnP is enabled? Also, have him change up any customization options. Arena, logo, etc. Something else to try us creating a new lineup with the same players and set it to active.
He did the whole lineup thing this morning and that didn’t help. He just changed everything else and didn’t make it through a period and it happened again. None of that worked!

As per the first request, I follow the link and I’m unsure what you are asking me to do. Am I starting my PlayStation in safe mode? Backing things up? Need more help then just the link.
My son can play other online matches but he also noticed today when he play HUT Squad battle, he didn’t get any rewards and said he lost the game 3-0 when he actually won 8-2. So again, he lost all rewards in this mode now too.
