    It should still use the same Xbox Live subscription as far as I know. Regardless, if you're getting the same error, it's not account-related. Are you able to connect if you switch to a mobile hotspot?

    @EA_Barry: Live is still good until  Feb 2022. Also NHL 21 online on the same box, same account and same network is working fine.
