My game keeps quitting and freezing/ not working. Says tech problems, contact ea support what should I do?

Disconnects and lag are very common on wireless connections. Can you switch to a wire or is your router too far away?

Can you give me some more details? When is the game quitting and freezing? What happens when this occurrs? Is there an error message? What mode is it happening in? Thanks!
It says various error messages, sometimes in the first period it’ll just say lost my connection, but I still have internet working.
it’ll say network connection issue contact was.com/unabletoconnect. Noni of that worked

I’m gonna try again, if it did it again I will uninstall and reinstall. Then get an Ethernet port set up. This is the only game it does it on
