NHL 22 XBOX ONE TO NHL 22 XBOX SERIES X/S HUT TRANSFER BUG

Ok so I know youre only allowed 20 player to be transfered to your new gen team but I only received 18 and 2 gold cards that were definitely not in my line up. Xbox GT is JohnnykashTV. Please help me out as the 2 cards were x factor cards that were probably top 5 cards on my team.
