If EA would actually care about its fanbase on PC they would actually post something about it to see how many people would support it on their more popular platform like Origin, Twitter, Games Convs, ect.
Instead they've never taken interest in any of that, we just get the same responses every year. As if people actually use this site frequently, I don't even know anyone who uses this forum personally, it might as well be one of their most niche source of interactions, if the community manager actually think that the amount of people voicing their opinions here actually represent the amount of interest there is in the game, I'll let you decide what to think of it yourself. The Steam forums for indie games are more active than this place.
The other sport games are already on PC, What, it wouldn't make enough money ? Cloud Gaming's been here for a while now. Hackers ? We already established the other games are on PC, You're personal opinion on whether or not you personally play on PC ? No one asked.
Anyways, I have ZERO confidence in getting another NHL game on PC ever. I know someone else already mentioned it but, NHL 09 on PC wasn't the NHL 09 Console version. It was another NHL 07 release again, yup they released the same game multiple time with a different title full priced. How fun. Hopefully that game isn't weighting too much on EA's opinion of the PC market regarding the NHL series because that game wouldn't have sold even on 360 at the time.
It would have been nice to get some actual decent treatment at the end, instead all we got was that. I know they're not the same devs but, it shows how much they care about the NHL franchise when they have time to release some of the worst rated game in history in the FIFA legacy games on Switch. They're basically getting a similar treatment that we used to get back then.
Peace. and I'll be back next year. again.
