NHL legacy rosters update season 2016-17?

Will be  there update of rosters for NHL legacy edition before new season 2016-17?

    Yes, the recent roster update is for XB1 and PS4 only.

        You are guaranteed like I can't download them off the internet then download it to my xbox?
