Not receiving HUT daily reward

For a relatively long time, I tried to figure out when did the "day" change in HUT for daily rewards.

It seems you have to wait minimum of 24 hours before you're awarded the next day's reward.

For example, you receive a daily reward 5pm in day 1. You won't be able to get another reward until 5pm day 2.

For expiration, idk, but a fine guess would be another 24 hours right, cuz HUT seems to count days as 24 hour periods, not actual days.

The reward won't just pop up when enough time has passed tho. You must exit HUT and then enter again.

The reason you're not getting a daily reward is most likely

1) You missed your 24 hour window

2) It's less than 24 hours from your previous reward

3) An unexplainable bug (Well, you can actualy explain it with laziness and monopoly summarised in two letters: EA)

You're right.

I'm only providing facts (And a bit of guessing 😉 ).

If there really is a bug that prevents players from receiving their daily rewards, it needs to be taken to developers.

I have no idea how well these messages reach EA staff and what it takes to get their attention on a single issue.

I mean if there's only couple players complaining about a single issue, they probably consider it their own fault. But if dozens of players bring the same issue up, perhaps somebody thinks that "hey, maybe there really is something wrong with that".

If this won't get noticed or fixed in near future, you should probably contact EA customer support.

I haven't noticed any animation that indicates the daily reward is added to your total, but I remember my total from a day before and I know I've got it.

Write down your total pucks every time you exit HUT, so when you get your next reward, you know if the reward is really awarded or not.

Remember to check your Trade Pile and Watched-list for any succesfull purchases or sells. And when you compare numbers, remember that EA takes a little commission (was it 10 or 15 % I don't remember).

leemarvin's answer doesn't answer squat. i log in daily, about 3 times a day in fact i have yet to get past day two in the hut rewards. there is no way i have missed any 24 windows whatsoever, the fact is, the rewards system is flat out broken and ea is not addressing or fixing it and it is complete garbage and yet an other in a long line of ea fails!!

I'm having this problem as well and I'm positive no pucks are being added to my account. I log in more than once a day and I've tried rebooting my system and router/modem on the off chance that would help.
