Opponents quit game and we lose

Product: NHL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can check our club I orbit I last game and see we where winning 6-2.
What happens when the bug occurs? The other team quits and we get the loss and they get the win.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully you can fix the bug I would also like if we can either get a win or if you can cancel the game.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

When I check our recent games it says we where winning 6-2.

    Hello, @Chocolate11131.

    I'm very sorry for the frustration with this. Unfortunately, we're not able to modify records so we can't remove the loss. Sometimes, you can exit WoC and load back in to see your record has been properly updated. If it hasn't though, we're not able to change that. Does this happen often or was this the first time?

    Thanks for letting me know. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about it currently. I'm very sorry. I know how frustrating this is. I've had it happen to my own club as well.

    This is happens to by club AT LEAST once a month. It's ridiculous. $24 Billion dollar company and this is what honest players like us have to deal with.

    This has been happening close to once a night that we play as a club.  The other team is losing and quits but some how we get no DNF win and some cases receive a L

    This just happened to us. It’s the team called [club name removed]

    We were winning 6-1, they paused it immediately after we scored the 6th goal and somehow glitched it so it just says DISC in the history, as if it never happened. We lost RP somehow too, even though it doesn’t seem

    to have counted it as a loss. 

    we are “Rainbow Skiers”. 

    You can view the game history. This team is 218-16 according to their record the the players that glitched as have the red badge. So obviously they’ve been getting out of losses like this for some time because we aren’t even a good club and we smashed them.
