Player with puck just glide

Product: NHL 21 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Everytime player gets the puck, he stops skating and is stuck ...

    @EA_Aljo another update - I am using one of my older controllers right now and haven't seen the issue yet since playing for about 30 minutes. The controllers seems to definitely have been the problem.

@mcgraw372 I also just tried to uninstall and reinstall the game... I'm still having the issue.

This is an issue we've heard of happening before. It's a pretty rare one and we haven't been able to reproduce it. What system are you on?

For videos, it's best to put it up on a service like YouTube and then provide a link or embed it in your post.

    @EA_Aljo I am on Xbox One. Here I posted a video to YouTube of the glitch happening: https://youtu.be/TZ3YdJ8sZfU

    This was taken in practice mode and you can clearly see when the player stops skating and that my left stick is being pressed forward.

      Can you check to see if there's an update available for your controller? Do you also have another controller you can try? Is it an Elite or regular Xbox controller?

      Are you able to try a different controller?

        @EA_Aljo It is a regular Xbox controller. I updated the controllers firmware and it did not fix the issue. I used other controllers that I own and it did not fix the issue either.
