Plays of the month rewards missing

I won plays of the month #3 for the month of January 22 and I have not received any of the jerseys. I am supposed to receive both jerseys for WOC AND HUT as stated. (View photo for more) 

Tried talking to EA support and they didn’t have any info and told me to ask here. 

When and how should I expect to receive them?

    @EA_Aljo I am having the same issue. I was the 4th overall play for the month of January on Xbox series s. My account is BirdBrain629 and I would love these jerseys for WOC AND HUT. Thank you so much!

    All of the January winners should have their jerseys by the end of the day. Like I said previously, please let me know tomorrow if you didn't get yours. Thanks!

    Are you looking in HUT or World of Chel? I know it was going to take a little longer for them to show up in HUT.

    @EA_Aljo I found them in WOC actually but not HUT. I found them by going to rewards and hitting recent items. Still nothing in HUT though
