There was an issue over the weekend, but that appears to be resolved. Are you still having trouble with this?
I'm not Rilo1742 so i can't speak for him/her, but yes, the issue still persists. i'm still unable to collect daily rewards without receiving the FTRD error/kicked to main menu
the FTRD errors during gameplay appear to have been resolved

@EA_Aljothanks for the info, i opened a second case with an advisor. that person said the studio has the information and needs to fix it. i have no way to confirm or deny that so i'll take him/her at their word. the advisor also said i should post the relevant information in this thread which i did yesterday, but my post was removed. nothing more i can do at this point but wait
