Hey guys!!!i fixed the problem for me!!! Chel works!I have guitar hero, saw when playing be a pro that 3 controllers appeard on the screen. The one i was playing with showed as nr 3.Took the USB-stick out and reset the console. Now it works online.hope you get me something Nice EA!!!gt:Leffe kunG

@NHL_Live_Support fake, generic, disingenuous apologies won't cut it. This bug was reported the night that the trial was released on EA Access and your team told everyone to wait until the launch. Now its been over 48 hours since the launch and your team is "working on it". This is a classic example of a business taking its consumers for granted. EA should have been pro-active and not reactive on this. I've been a loyal customer to the EA brand since day 1, big time HUT player who will spend extra $$ on HUT, and this is the treatment I get? I'll be taking my money elsewhere. The customer service EA has provided has been nothing short of pathetic. No communication other than the odd generic comment. I really hope EA gets their stuff together, as they have a loyal fanbase who deserve better.

Better late than never I guess...1. Xbox2. MIMICO WHAT3. Since the NHL 20 trial was released, whenever that was.4. EASHL/HUT or any other online mode.5. Downloading/loading the game.6. 100% on NHL 20 only. Every other game is fine.7. Attached is the screenshot with error code when I try to enter EASHL 3v3 club dressing room. I get a different error code for each mode I'm unable to access.

What were you doing just before it occurred?: Doesn't matter. I've gone from a fresh launch, or after editing my player/club info. It never lets me get into the area to search for a game.
How often does this issue occur? Is it 100%, every other game, etc?: 100%
Can you attach a picture of the error code or provide the error code number?
I've deleted the save data, I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've tried other accounts.
NHL 19 still works without issue, can't even get into a dressing room in 20.
No issues during the beta.

All of the troubleshooting steps that I tried:
- 5x Uninstalled/Reinstalled the game
- 3x Cleared Alternate MAC address
- Removed/Re-Added my Gamertag
- Cleared my persistent storage
- Deleted cloud saves
- Changed Privacy Settings
- Tried to see if NHL 19 was fine (it works perfectly)
- 5x Power cycled the console
- Tried on WIFI (usually I play wired)
- Reset Xbox to factory settings (keeping games and apps)
- Sent the EA customer support guy a UO trace report and he said my connection was fine.
Note: Thanks for ruining my week boys!
