Powerplay glitches in Nhl 16

I was just playing a HUT game with my XBOX ONE and faced a strange problem. The game was getting to some stange mulfuntion mode in which I was forced to play shorthanded (with either 4 or 3 players) end of the 2nd period and whole 3rd period. The penalty killing time was not running on the screen and even when I was not getting new penalties for several minutes I was still playing with 4 players all the time. When I got a penalty I was playing 2 minutes with 3 players and continues to play with 4 after the penalty.
I tried to make an offiicial bug report for this issue but not sure if I managed to do it correctly.
Is this a known issue? Please fix this bug. It is frustrating to loose the game because of a bug like this. Thanks!
had the exact same problem. I was lucky and ended up winning, but was still mad. I could of lost an important game
Not sure if it matters, the game favors Penalty killers more so then the Power Play team.
