Still waiting for a reply EA!
So it is now monday and still haven't recieved my january pre order bonus, are we going to get any response from EA or a community manager regarding this.. when will this problem be fixed.. i want my content, or a free TOTY player, this is unacceptable..
Its principal for the matter.. it is what I and the rest of the community paid for

Any updates or information about pre order content for xbox one series x/s or ps5 players who migrated their profiles and have not recieved their items?
The post indicates the pre-order bonus content would be migrated to the next-gen console but I still haven't received my Jan pre-order content.
Also, I contacted EA Support and was told by two different people that the pre-order content will only load to the PS4 console and I can't get it to PS5.
Is there a way to get the pre-order content migrated to PS5 like it was originally promised or to get a refund/compensation for the missing content?

Not to be like that guy because I started this thread, but this seems to be going nowhere. People have asked on all platforms and only have been given vague answers. We pour money into your games the least you can do is give us decent compensation and a clear plan of action you guys will be taking to correct the problem. At this point we should be given ultimate choice packs and 100 power up collectibles for all of the stuff we’ve put up with over the years! Please just fix the problem! No more excuses

Still no update on this I find it hard to believe that EA has not fixed the problem if they know about it and have been working on it since the 1st of January
Ps4 to ps5. I bought the dual entitlement version as a pre order and then migrated when I finally got a pa5 last week.
