Which platform are you playing the game on and does a power cycle help fix it for you? Thanks for giving us a heads up.

How to power cycle your PS4 console

1. Touch the power button on the front of the PS4 for at least 7 seconds (until the system beeps twice).
2. Turn it back on after 1 minute. Launch the game.

How to power cycle your Xbox console:

1. Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button  on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

1. Plug the console power cable back in.
2. Press the Xbox button  on your console to turn on the Xbox One.

I can go through and play every playlist on the Pro-AM, and have. (Youth vs. Experience, Nations of hockey, Halloween Party..the others) I have played them all but Past Vs Present. Whenever I try I to play Past vs Present I will go to the first option "Angel City Assault" and my rosters will load n the top right corner and my player will arrive in the middle of the screen, but that is pretty much it. There will be a B option and RT option in the bottom left which do nothing when pressed. The player just stands there in the middle moving back and forth until you turn the game off and restart it from the beginning. 

This has happened me 10 times so far and IDK how to fix it. plz help. 

Having the same problem

Same thing is happening to me. So lame. 

The power cycle process did not fix the pro am issue. I am on a ps4 platform using a ps4 pro. I have tried entering though challenges, and the actual pro am choice screen. You can choose the "angels" challenge, the screen advances forwaed from there and never brings up the loadout options or the opponents. You have to quit the application to ger out of that screen.

What happens when the bug occurs? When I play chel it won’t let me play the “past vs present” pro am tab. I get to where you pick your position but it’s just frozen the positions and nothing pops up

I have this same issue as well. Not really sure what’s going on. The power cycle didn’t work. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall as well. Still can’t play Pro Am.

Exactly what I am seeing as well. 

There was a thread already started talking about this. EA seemed to have deleted it. It vanished. 

Have the same problem.. I have try to reinstall nhl and all the other things other players telling me to do but its not working. This is so sad.. Need to play pro am.
