Apologies for the confusion. I thought you were trying to edit your club's uniforms. Let's try something else. See if deleting your personal saved data will help. This does come with a risk though. You can lose all your offline saves as well as settings. Normally, those are downloaded from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. To do this, highlight the NHL 22 tiles and hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button that as 3 horizontal lines on it. Then, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it. Then, restart NHL and try again.
Just did that as well with no luck! I deleted my account from console through the manage game and add-ons screen, hard restarted, then went back into World of Chel and it didn’t work. My account is definitely bugged and needs fixed. The error code is 782F0F3141CDF277-0000000000023002-AD53565D31C351CC. I’ve also attached a photo of what my screen shows when I click on customize skater or goalie.

This isn't something we can easily fix, unfortunately. If you don't want to keep troubleshooting, you can open a case with an advisor here. They should be able to escalate your case for investigation.
Would you be able to check your connection to see if it's using IPv6? If it is, disable that and use IPv4 instead. You should be able to do this through your router settings. Yes I’d like to open a case with an advisor. I have a second account and I went to customize my skater on that account and had no issues at all. Another issue is that the game is not showing my XP earned after each game, and all of the letters on everyone’s jersey in EASHL are blacked out. I’m confused how to open a case I apologize. Thank you for your help in troubleshooting.

Try clearing your cache and cookies. Also, if you're not using a Chrome browser, try that. If you're on a mobile device, put your browser in desktop mode.
It’s been over two weeks now and the issue on my account still hasn’t been resolved.
Made an update with patch notes and everybody’s game is still broken. I’d like my money back for my purchase.
